Measuring Guide – For the Perfect Collar Fit
To ensure your dog’s collar fits comfortably – not too tight and not too loose – please measure carefully.
What you need:
How to measure correctly:

Position the tape: Place the measuring tape loosely around your dog’s neck where the collar should sit (usually mid-neck, just below the ears).

Correct fit: The tape should rest snugly against the neck without cutting in.

Read & note: Check the measurement in cm and write it down (example: 38 cm).

Consider special features:

Dogs with lots of fur or seasonal coat changes: allow a little extra room.

Our collars are typically adjustable about 2 cm smaller and larger than the given neck size.

For extra flexibility: leave a note in the comments section of your order.

Puppies: consider growth and mention this in the comments as well.

Important: Collars that don’t fit due to inaccurate measurements cannot be returned.

Fit: Do not set the collar too tight or too loose. It must fit your dog’s size and weight to prevent slipping out.

Check before use: Inspect for damage before each use. Do not use if damaged.

Care instructions: Protect from excessive moisture and direct sunlight to avoid fading or weakening of the material. Wash in a laundry bag at max. 30 °C, not suitable for tumble drying.

Special note – D-ring: On products with a D-ring, this ring is designed exclusively for the adapter – not for attaching a leash.
Note on Craftsmanship
Each of our collars is carefully backstitched and features so-called weld spots on the reverse side. These are an unavoidable part of the manufacturing process and are not a flaw. From the outside, the weld spots are not visible and do not affect the look or quality of the collar in any way.
