Choose Your Hardware

Specify Neck Size

Choose the correct neck circumference for your dog.
Please measure snugly around the neck (two-finger rule). We will craft the leash to ensure a comfortable fit.

Set the Leash Length

Pick the length that suits you best:

• 1 m – short, ideal for city walks

• 2 m – versatile, the all-rounder

• 2.5 m – a little more freedom

• 3 m – maximum range

Collar Section Options

For the collar section of your retriever leash, you can choose between:

• Single rope → slim, lightweight, and flexible – ideal for smaller dogs or if you prefer a minimalist style.

• Double rope → sits stronger around the neck, feels sturdier, and is especially suitable for medium to large dogs.

Select Rope Color

Choose your main rope color – from subtle natural tones to bold neon shades.

Choose Paracord Wrapping Colors

Design the decorative whipping on the rope to your taste:

• Up to 3 different Paracord Type I colors

• Create a unique look – from simple to colorful.

Pick a Biothane Color

The Biothane adapter ensures a durable and adjustable closure.

• Choose your preferred color (e.g., classic black, elegant brown, or bright neon).

• Biothane is waterproof, easy to clean, and long-lasting.

Measuring Guide – For the Perfect Fit

To ensure the collar section of your retriever leash fits securely and comfortably, please measure your dog’s neck carefully.

You’ll need:

• A flexible measuring tape (or string + ruler)

• Your dog

• A little patience

How to measure correctly:

1. Place the measuring tape loosely around your dog’s neck – where the collar should sit (usually mid-neck, just below the ears).

2. The tape should fit snugly but not cut in.

3. Read and note the measurement in cm (example: 38 cm).

4. Consider special factors:

   • Dogs with thick or seasonal coats: allow extra space.

   • Our collars are usually adjustable approx. 3 cm smaller and larger than the specified size.

   • Puppies: take growth into account and add this note to the comments field.

Tip: If you’re unsure, send us a photo of your measurement – we’ll be happy to help!

 Important: Collars that don’t fit due to incorrect measurements cannot be returned.

Safety Instructions

• Supervision: Never leave children or pets unattended with the product. Risk of accidents, injuries, or swallowing of small parts. Strangulation hazard.

• Not a toy: This product is not a toy and does not replace safety equipment. It is not bite-proof and is exclusively intended for dogs.

• Fit: The collar section must not be too tight or too loose. It must match the size and weight of your dog to prevent slipping out.

• Check before use: Always inspect the leash before each use. Do not use if damaged.

• Care instructions: Protect from excessive moisture and direct sunlight to prevent fading or material weakening. Wash only in a laundry bag at max. 30 °C. Not suitable for tumble dryers.
