Choose the hardware finish

Select the metal look for your leash:

• Silver – classic and timeless

• Rose gold – modern and elegant

• Brass – warm and robust

Specify your dog’s neck size

Measure snugly around the neck (two-finger rule). We will craft the collar section so that it fits comfortably.

Decide on the leash length

Pick the length that best suits your walks:

• 1 m – short, ideal for city strolls

• 2 m – versatile, the all-rounder

• 2.5 m – a little extra freedom

• 3 m – maximum range of movement

Collar section options

Choose how the collar part of your retriever leash should be crafted:

• Single rope at the collar → slim, lightweight, and flexible – perfect for smaller dogs or if you prefer a subtle design.

• Double rope at the collar → thicker around the neck, sturdier look, and especially suitable for medium to large dogs.

Choose the rope color

From subtle natural tones to vibrant neon shades – design your leash in your favorite style.

Paracord wrapping colors

Add up to 3 different Paracord Type I colors for the decorative whipping, giving your leash a unique look – from minimalist to colorful.

Pick the Biothane color

The Biothane adapter ensures an adjustable and durable closure.

• Select your preferred color (e.g., classic black, elegant brown, or bold neon tones).

• Biothane is water-resistant, easy to clean, and long-lasting.

Adjustable hand loop

This leash comes with an adjustable hand loop, allowing you to set the grip length to your preference – flexible and comfortable for every walk.

Measuring Guide – For the Perfect Fit

To ensure the collar section of your retriever leash fits perfectly – neither too tight nor too loose – please measure your dog’s neck carefully.

What you need

• Flexible measuring tape (or string + ruler)

• Your dog

• A little patience

How to measure correctly

1. Position the tape
   Place the measuring tape loosely around your dog’s neck – where the collar should sit (usually mid-neck, slightly below the ears).

2. Proper fit
   The tape should lie snugly without cutting in.

3. Read & note
   Read the measurement in cm and note it down (e.g., 38 cm).

4. Special notes

• Dogs with thick or seasonal coats: allow a little extra room.

• Our collars are generally adjustable approx. 3 cm smaller and larger than the provided measurement.

• For more flexibility: add a note in the comments field.

• Puppies: account for growth and mention it in the comments.

Tip: If you’re unsure, send us a photo of your measurement – we’re happy to help!
Important: Collars that don’t fit due to incorrect measurements cannot be returned.

Safety Instructions

• Supervision required: Do not leave children or pets unattended with the product. Accidents, injuries, or swallowing of small parts may occur. Risk of strangulation.

• Not a toy: This product is not a toy and does not replace safety equipment. It is not bite-proof and intended exclusively for use with dogs.

• Fit: Never adjust the collar too tight or too loose. It must match your dog’s size and weight to prevent slipping out.

• Check before use: Always inspect for damage before each use. Do not use if damaged.

• Care instructions: Protect from excessive moisture and direct sunlight to prevent fading and material weakening. Wash only in a laundry bag at max. 30 °C. Not suitable for tumble dryers.
