Measuring Guide – For the Perfect Collar Fit
To ensure your dog’s collar fits comfortably – not too tight and not too loose – please measure the neck circumference carefully.

How to measure correctly:

Position the tape: Place the measuring tape loosely around your dog’s neck where the collar will sit (usually mid-neck, just below the ears).

Correct fit: The tape should sit close to the neck without cutting in.

Read & note: Check the measurement in cm and note it down (e.g., 38 cm).

Consider special cases:

Dogs with lots of fur or seasonal coat changes: allow a little extra room.

Our collars are generally adjustable about 3 cm smaller and larger than the measured circumference.

For additional adjustment range, leave a note in the order comments.

Puppies: take future growth into account and mention it in the comments as well.
Tip: If you are unsure, send us a photo of your measurement – we’ll be happy to help!
Important: Collars that do not fit due to incorrect measurements cannot be returned.

Fit: Ensure the collar is neither too tight nor too loose. It must fit your dog’s size and weight to prevent slipping out.

Check before use: Inspect for damage before each use. Do not use if damaged.

Care instructions: Protect from excessive moisture and direct sunlight to avoid fading and material weakening. Wash only in a laundry bag at max. 30 °C. Not suitable for tumble drying.

Special note on adapter rings: For products with an adapter ring, this ring is intended exclusively for the adapter – not for attaching a leash.
Processing Note
Each of our collars is carefully back-stitched and features so-called welding points on the reverse side. These are an unavoidable step in production and do not represent a defect. From the outside, the welding points are not visible and do not affect the look or quality of the collar.
