Measuring Guide – For the Perfect Collar Fit
To ensure your dog’s collar fits comfortably – not too tight and not too loose – please measure the neck circumference carefully.

What you need:

• Flexible measuring tape (or string + ruler)

• Your dog

• A little time and patience

How to measure correctly:

1. Place the measuring tape loosely around your dog’s neck where the collar should sit (usually mid-neck, slightly below the ears).

2. Ensure it fits snugly but does not pinch.

3. Read the measurement in cm and note it down (example: 38 cm).

4. Keep in mind:

   • Dogs with thick or seasonal coats may need a little extra room.

   • Our collars are usually adjustable about 2 cm smaller and larger than the chosen neck size.

   • For puppies, consider growth and mention it in the order notes.

Tip: If you’re unsure, send us a photo of your measurement – we’ll be happy to help!
⚠️ Important: Collars that don’t fit due to incorrect measurements cannot be returned.

• Fit: Do not adjust the collar too tight or too loose. It must fit your dog’s size and weight to prevent slipping out.

• Check before use: Always inspect for damage before use. Do not use if damaged.

• Care: Protect from excessive moisture and direct sunlight to avoid fading or material weakening. Wash in a laundry bag at max. 30 °C, not suitable for tumble drying.

• Special note – insert ring: On products with an insert ring, this is intended exclusively for the adapter – not for attaching a leash.
