Measuring Guide – For the Perfect Collar
To ensure your dog’s collar fits properly – not too tight and not too loose – please measure the neck circumference carefully.

Position the tape
Place the tape loosely around your dog’s neck – where the collar should sit (usually mid-neck, slightly below the ears).

Check the fit
The tape should sit snugly without cutting in.

Read & note
Read the circumference in cm and write it down (example: 38 cm).

Consider special cases

Dogs with thick or seasonal coats: allow a little extra room.

Our collars are usually adjustable approx. 3 cm smaller and larger than the measured neck size.

For extra flexibility: leave a note in the comments field of your order.

Puppies: take growth into account and mention it in the comments field.

Important: Collars that don’t fit due to inaccurate measurements cannot be returned.

Proper fit: Do not adjust the collar too tightly or too loosely. It must fit your dog’s size and weight to prevent slipping out.

Check before use: Always inspect for damage before use. Do not use if damaged.

Care instructions: Protect from excessive moisture and direct sunlight to prevent fading or weakening of the material. Wash only in a laundry bag at max. 30 °C. Not suitable for tumble drying.

Processing Note
Each of our collars is carefully back-stitched and features so-called weld points on the reverse side. These are an unavoidable part of the manufacturing process and do not represent a defect. Naturally, the weld points are not visible from the outside and do not affect the appearance or quality of the collar.
