Measuring Guide – For the Perfect Collar

To ensure the collar fits perfectly and is neither too tight nor too loose, please measure your dog’s neck carefully.

What you need

• Flexible measuring tape (alternatively: string + ruler)

• Your dog

• A bit of patience

How to measure correctly

1. Position the tape
   Place the tape loosely around your dog’s neck – where the collar should sit (usually mid-neck, just below the ears).

2. Correct fit
   The tape should sit snugly but not cut into the skin.

3. Read & note
   Read the circumference in cm and write it down (example: 38 cm).

4. Special considerations

   • Dogs with thick coats or seasonal coat changes: allow some extra room.

   • Our collars are usually adjustable about 3 cm smaller and larger than the given measurement.

   • For more flexibility: mention it in the comment field of your order.

   • Puppies: please consider growth and note it in the comment field.

Tip: If you’re unsure, send us a photo of your measurement – we’ll be happy to help!
Important: Collars that do not fit due to incorrect measurements cannot be returned.

Safety Instructions

• Supervision: Children and pets must not be left unattended with the product. Otherwise, accidents, injuries, or swallowing of small parts may occur. Risk of strangulation.

• Not a toy: This product is not a toy and does not replace safety equipment. It is not bite-resistant and is exclusively intended for use with dogs.

• Fit: The collar must be adjusted so it is neither too tight nor too loose. It must match your dog’s size and weight to prevent slipping out.

• Check before use: Always inspect for damage before use. Do not use if damaged.

• Care instructions: Protect from excessive moisture and direct sunlight to avoid fading and weakening of the material. Wash only in a laundry bag at max. 30 °C. Not suitable for tumble drying.

• Special note – insert ring: For products with an insert ring, this is intended exclusively for the adapter – not for attaching a leash.

Processing Note

Each of our collars is carefully backstitched and features so-called welding points on the back. These are an unavoidable part of the production process and do not represent a defect. From the outside, the welding points are not visible and do not affect the appearance or quality of the collar.
