Your customization options:

• Hardware: Choose between silver, rose gold, or brass.

• Closure: Adjustable or fixed buckle.

• Neck size: Provide your dog’s exact neck measurement (measured tightly – we craft the collar so that the given measurement falls in the middle adjustment range).

• Width: Select the appropriate Biothane width (e.g., 16 mm, 19 mm, 25 mm) depending on your dog’s size.

• Color: Create your favorite design from a wide range of color options – from subtle to vibrant.

Measuring Guide – For the Perfect Collar

To ensure your dog’s collar fits comfortably – neither too tight nor too loose – please measure the neck circumference carefully.

What you need:

• Flexible measuring tape (alternatively: string + ruler)

• Your dog

• A little patience and calm

How to measure correctly:

1. Position the measuring tape
   Place the tape loosely around your dog’s neck – where the collar will sit (usually mid-neck, slightly below the ears).

2. Correct fit
   The tape should lie snugly against the neck but not cut in.

3. Read & note
   Read the circumference in cm and write it down (example: 38 cm).

4. Consider special factors

   • Dogs with thick or seasonal coats: allow a little extra room.

   • Our collars are generally adjustable about 3 cm smaller and larger than the given neck size.

   • For more flexibility: add a note in the order comment field.

   • Puppies: please consider growth and mention it in the comments.

Tip: If you are unsure, send us a photo of your measurement – we’ll be happy to assist!

⚠️ Important: Collars that do not fit due to incorrect measurements cannot be returned.

Safety Instructions

• Supervision: Do not leave children or pets unattended with this product. Accidents, injuries, or swallowing of small parts may occur. Risk of strangulation.

• Not a toy: This product is not a toy and does not replace safety equipment. It is not bite-proof and intended exclusively for use with dogs.

• Fit: Do not adjust the collar too tightly or too loosely. It must match your dog’s size and weight to prevent slipping out.

• Check before use: Always inspect for damage before use. Do not use if damaged.

• Care instructions: Protect from excessive moisture and direct sunlight to prevent fading and weakening of the material. Wash only in a laundry bag at max. 30 °C. Not suitable for tumble drying.

• Special note on insert rings: On products with an insert ring, this ring is exclusively intended for the adapter – not for attaching a leash.
