Note on Production & Material Ordering
All products made via the configurator are handcrafted individually according to your preferences. As a rule, we order our materials at the beginning of each month. However, if there is a particularly high volume of orders, we also place additional orders in between to avoid long waiting times.
Please note: Since each piece is custom-made based on your specifications, delivery times may vary depending on order volume. Of course, we’ll keep you updated and let you know as soon as your order is on its way.
